Job Title: Inside Sales & Renewal Specialist - Product - Software Job Location: Bestech Business Tower , Airport Road, Mohali Work Experience: 1-5 Years Salary Band: 2.5 - 3.5 Lac Responsibilities 1. Prospecting new customers through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. 2. Conducting sales presentations and product demos along with application engineers to potential customers. 3. Building relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and increase retention rates. 4. Renewing existing contracts and negotiating renewal terms with customers. 5. Collaborating with other sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and improve the customer experience. 6. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, retaining existing customers, and maximizing sales potential. 7. Upsell & cross-sell additional products or services.
