Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
Schedule product demos, presentations, and meetings for the sales team.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support lead-generation campaigns.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
Experience in
US or International markets
is Mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close initial conversations confidently.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹251,563.31 - ₹550,000.00 per year
