Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Bengaluru

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 1+ years

Client: AI based voice solutions to businesses

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, LinkedIn and emails Research accounts, to identify potential prospects that match the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and generate interest Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers Understand customer needs and requirements and convince them. Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT) Route Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas for smaller opportunities Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned Industry/territory. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Perform effective online demos to prospects Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM tool. Regularly update the sales funnel to reflect the current status of leads and opportunities Attend & participate in Industry events, trade shows etc to meet prospects and potential customers
Requirements and Skills

Proven inside sales experience for at least 1 year Working in a SAAS or similar technology organization is a must Experience in dealing with large and mid size Enterprise customers in India SAAS, Contact centre Technical skills & Clear grasp of AI & ML technologies and the ability to envision solutions is desirable. Should have sufficient Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls, emails & LinkedIn reach outs per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively BA/BS/ MBA degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
