Job Description

Identify and generate potential leads from online sources, industry databases, and existing customer data. Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand requirements and offer product solutions. Share technical data sheets, product samples, and quotations as per customer needs. Follow up on quotations, track sample trials, and collect customer feedback. Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales progress. Coordinate with R&D, production, and logistics teams for sample dispatch, order processing, and delivery updates. Assist field sales team with appointment scheduling and customer coordination. Support marketing initiatives like email campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Prepare and submit weekly reports, lead status updates, and market feedback.

Key Skills:

Strong communication (verbal and written) and persuasion skills Basic understanding of chemical additives or plastic/polymer industry is a plus Proficiency in google sheets

Qualifications:

Graduate in Science, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant stream

Candidates with a background or internship in industrial/B2B sales preferred
