Job Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Account Manager for Inside sales to join our team at our Noida, India office. As a Sales Account Manager for Inside sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Middle East region and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This position will involve building and maintaining relationships with international clients. Key responsibilities: New client acquisition: Accelerate customer growth in the Middle East region through well-developed sales engagement and successful Go-to-Market strategy Business Renewal: Manage existing client base and achieve sales targets by renewals, upsell and cross-sell from existing accounts Lead Generation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels - online research, networking, industry events etc Assess market trends and analyze competitors as well as industry dynamics to develop effective sales strategy Collaborate with marketing team to implement targeted lead generation campaigns Negotiation and Closure: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and the key stakeholders. Manage prospects,negotiate and freeze on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities - pipeline status, lead generation efforts, revenue forecasts etc Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and product. Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills Vertical industry sales and delivery experience of services and solutions Desired Skills: 2-5 years of experience in solutions selling in a B2B sales environment Having prior experience of working with a c onsumer internet organization.
