Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it\'s operational excellence. Our safety standards are a benchmark across RO-IN, which has won us several awards & accolades by Govt. of Rajasthan. We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

Industrial Engineering: Estimate, develop and determine Standard times (based on MTM, Time Study) , Maintain SAP time data in Routings. Identify improvement areas (ABC analysis, Bottleneck study, Lean Line Designs, OEE trends, Quick Changeover etc.) & lead/support cycle time optimization projects to ensure implementation of Industrial Engineering and Lean standards

Ergonomics: Assess, review, monitor and communicate ergonomic compliance of workstations to stakeholders.

Incentive Administration: Determine manpower in value streams based on production plan for optimum productivity. Monitor, calculate and communicate the incentive metrices to the stakeholders

Labour Transformation Topics: Define, implement, and sustain people and position skill standards (MJV) across the plant. Support and estimate scope of productivity improvements based on past data, simulate working models and propose scenarios to Management and Labour Union.

Qualifications

• B.Tech. / B.E. in Industrial /Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Competent in Industrial Engineering concepts , Ergonomics Workplace Assessment and Design, Advance knowledge on Lean Concepts
• Competent in MTM, Time Study, Advance knowledge in SAP Time management, Competent in MS Office tools
• Networking ability, Assertive, Working with higher accuracy, Striving for improvements

Additional Information

The purpose of the role is to establish, monitor and sustain the scientific basis for time and motion standards to enhance productivity and improving resource utilization in various direct and indirect functions. The role also involves estimation and monitoring of blue-collar workmen efficiency and evaluation and design of safe and ergonomic work environment.

The role involves spending time equally in shop floor as well as on computer and discussion with stakeholders.
