Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.



1) Responsible for Manufacturing and Process Planning for Wheel Speed sensor Assembly

2) Production Documents: Prepare & release production documents such as PFMEA, Control Plans, Measurement & test plans, Working-Plans, Work instruction, QAM, coordinate with global IPN for control plans and check feasibility of the same

3) Machine Readiness: Participate for installation and commissioning, responsible for tryouts, validation and release of new machine for production (RfP)

4) OPL Closure: Track open topic actions from line release, customer audits, internal audits, ensure timely closure of open points

5) International Change Management System Co-ordination: In case of changes in process, system or product, coordinate with Global IPN team to under the change requirement, communicate the change requirement to CFT (MFE, TEF etc.), act as project manager to plan and execute the change requirement

6) International KAIZEN-team: Participate in regular meetings to understand global issues faced (related to process / machine) during series production, conduct discussion as to incorporate KAIZEN ideas to prevent occurrence of issues on line

7) New product development: Understand technical requirements from Sales team, coordinate with IPN and communicate the requirement to IPN team, receive information related product design & control plan, convert the details into action specific points, carry out feasibility check for the product, execution of the project for sample development (D sample), coordinate with IPN for deviation acceptance for machine part, support for release of part for series production

8) Projects: Participate in productivity improvement projects, IDC reduction projects, CiP projects, RPP projects such as localization projects, consumable reduction, source change projects etc.

9) Material Code Generation: Gather information related to indirect material from users, generate SAP code for the material as per BOM, monitor the part numbering system for Indirect material

10) Process Improvement: Set-up, adjust and fine tune of process parameters for WSS assembly lines & offline processes, develop process for change management or improvement, coordinate with MFQ for process validation

11) Budget Utilization: Identify MAE for procurement, coordination with suppliers for quotations, technical discussion related to specifications, raising CIJ and PR for revenue / capital items, follow up for timely delivery, release of MAE in system and handover to production, monitoring of consumables and spares related to production as per ROL details, provide trigger for procurement of the same

12) Planning and Procurement of tools & fixtures: Coordinate with shopfloor for planning & procurement of tooling and fixtures

13) Audits: Responsible for compliance to customer audits, external & internal audits, process & system audits, CAU / AUD audits, TS, Quality & HSE audits, maintaining relevant documentation for audit, OPL closure

Additional Tasks:

1) Development of material handling equipment: Preparation of drawing, coordinate with suppliers for quotations, raising PR, follow up for delivery

2) Chemical coordinator for ChkP/MOE3: Maintain documents related to chemical storage (MSDS, EHS documents etc.), support for audit related activities

3) Safety coordinator for ChkP/MOE3: Coordinate with CFT to maintain safety standards, identify & implement improvements for safety standards. Maintain documents related to safety & support for safety audit related activities

Provide training to new process specialist and machining setter
