Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for Machine And Equipment (MAE)/Line planning project management at Bosch International Production Network Manage overall project time schedule, Budget and work packages with reference to customer timeline Organize and coordinate project meetings with cross functional teams (Lead plant, production plant and suppliers) Realization of industrialization activities (MAE/Tools ordering, delivery, installation, commissioning and release) Single point of contact between the manufacturing plant and cross functional project team Responsible to ensure manufacturing line readiness and release for series production(SOP) Prioritize risks related to project time schedule, Cost and Quality and prepare mitigation plan Organize Planning Guideline(PGL) workshop to finalize the feasible production line concept / investment requirements Ensure project handover to production plant team with appropriate documentation Qualifications BE/B.Tech - in Mechanical Engineering /Electronics Engineer with 3-5 Years relevant experience in project management MAE/Line planning from Electronics Manufacturing Industry. PMP / any project management certification. Preferably from Automotive Electronics Industry. Additional Information Technical competencies required. Knowledge on Project management (PMP certification preferable) Knowledge on various project management skill/tools like Microsoft Project for scheduling management Knowledge on Budget and resource planning Knowledge on MAE ordering, delivery, installation and commissioning activities Good understanding of Electronics manufacturing process, tools and systems Knowledge of Work breakdown system (WBS) and Bill of Material (BOM) in SAP system Key Deliverables On-Time execution of commissioning and release of MAE/line for series production Ensure project budget and quality target Responsible for internal customer satisfaction
