Job Description

1) ECR circulation to plant Production 2) Approval coordination between production Plant and lead plant 3) EC release in SAP system 4) New BOM release in SAP system 5) Reschedule EC date 6) ECR and BOM clarification with CFT 7) Participate in daily Team board meeting 8) BOM creation as part of lead plant responsibility 9) ECR weekly meeting with CFT 10) Regular meeting with Lead plants PDM team. 11) Meeting with PLMS 12) Participate in other plants TEF10 meeting 13)On time circulation and release of ECR, EC and NEW BOM (As per TAT) 14) Proper documentation w.r.t approvals, Date change request in SAP system 17) On time support for Internal ECR and its implementation date change request 18) Follow-up with stake holder for PAGOS creation. 19) VT/TEB update and TP calculation in SAP 20) Maintain Master Data tracker. 21) Creation of 10 digit and 13-digit Master data 22) Creation of 13-digit BOM 23) Maintain revision level in SAP 24) Follow-up with stake holder for PAGOS creation. 25) Maintain ECR tracker 26) Technical confirmation for ECR implementation in Production plant. 27) Initiate service request for trial execution for ECR implementation 28) Update daily ECR implementation trial status to CFT 29) Check BOM for during date change request to avoid conflict with next ECR\'s 30) Ensure technical readiness and EWAk execution in lines 31) Expertise in SAP, PP, P2S , and PDM module Qualifications Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 2-4 years of experience preferably in the manufacturing companies in the same industry and Engineering Change Management Role.
