Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising - Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. RBAI with its diverse portfolio, not only caters to local markets, but also exports products to all major global customers. • Preventive quality planning/execution and release based on product & process requirements with \xe2\x80\x9czero-defect\xe2\x80\x9d objective
• Participation in SE-Team discussions
• Active partner for preventive quality topics in SE-Team
• Participates in sourcing meeting and point of contact for supplier regarding preventive quality - planning / execution and release
• Confirms manufacturing capability of supplier for sourcing meeting with focus on quality aspects.
• Defines, executes and releases preventive quality / elements of purchased parts (new projects and projects through ECR)
• Define ICL, sampling requirements, PPAP evaluation and release of samples.
• Triggers and releases measuring comparison before initial sampling between Supplier and Incoming Quality
• Content review of MSA, P-FMEA, control plan and Process capabilities
• Executes process release at supplier (part, process, machine, tooling etc.) and approves PPAP.
• Define and follow-up Safe Launch activities till 6 months after SOP wherever applicable.
• Assuring the compliance with the Bosch quality requirements at the supplier and their sub-supplier during the product development process and for the release. Definition of measures in case of deviations
• Assuring that the assigned Projects and Commodities are qualified according to the existing processes and guidelines and that the timing is met
• Implementation of Lessons Learned activities to continuously improve the Preventive Quality and release process. Coordination of those activities in alignment with other Bosch locations.

Qualifications

BE. Mechatronics / Mechanical

4-4 years of experience in,

1. PCB mfg. process development.
2. Special process (Copper cladding, etching, Plating, Solder mask, Silkscreen printing) technology release experience
3. Design For Manufacturing

Knowledge of APQP process

Knowledge of Quality process.

Additional Information

1. Support during internal/external IATF-16949 audits, customers audits during new development.
