Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for introduction of New Products / Variants. 2. Responsible for coordinating departments (Pre series) 3. EVOB technical premises co-ordination 4. Business plan coordination, input and budget planning for new product introduction 5. Process flow chart and Control plan release/update 6. Responsible for RPP from product (localization, CT reduction etc..,) 7. co-ordination for Installation, Line release and customer interface 8. Responsible for CPP & CPH 9. Responsible to control Dept. budget 10. Responsible for all digitization projects 11. Responsible for Bosch production system12. Responsible for new line ramp-up activities. Qualifications B.E/B.Tech with5 to 10 years in Surface Mount Technology background Additional Information Competencies : Technical Hand on experience with SMT Process & Production Project management / planning, New Product Introduction & mass production/ industrial engineering work knowledge on i4.0(AI, MI, Data analytical .Skills) Good Presentation Skill & Experience in making presentations and good working knowledge in excel. Behavioral Able to generate new & diverse ideas & continues improve existing system & process. Engages actively in team discussions & is able to contribute. Understands importance of personal resources like Self efficacy, positivity & imaginativeness. Accepts responsibility & is able to take lead on assigned topics. Builds strong working relationships with the colleagues to get the job done, Communicates effectively with clarity of thoughts & contents in different situations.
