Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Regular * Design, Develop, Maintain, and conduct Trainings in Technical Lab for "on the job training" for existing shop floor employees & Diploma and Graduate Apprentices based on basic guidelines and awareness on electronics manufacturing process

  • Design, develop training modules both technical and soft skill for associates
  • Training of blue collar associates as per skill mapping management
  • Support in designing and execution of external trainings
  • Ensure mandatory IPC trainings for target group
  • Ensure completion of mandatory trainings for blue collar associates (POSH, 14Q, ESD, WATS, etc.)
  • Support in designing and execution of Soft skill training for blue collar associates (Power of Teams, WE3.0, Happy Hours, ME2.0 Follow up, New Module Roll out)
  • Training Qualification System Administration for all trainings
  • Internship Management
  • Tracking training budgets
Periodic * Ensure documentation as per ISO / TS and AE Requirements
  • Conduct training effectiveness evaluation & prepare reports for identified trainings
  • Periodic review and revamp of training manual & ensure updation based on need with coordination from relevant program owners
  • Coordinate for plant visits related to training
Occasional * Support for M&SS trainings
  • Handle audits related to HRL3 area
  • Handle HRL3 administrative topics as and when required
Qualifications

Diploma with 8 years experience or BE in E&C / E&E with 3 to 4 years
