Job Description

1. Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and ensure the team also follows the same 2. maintaining the uptime of the machine and line 3. Carryout Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Break Down Maintenance and find the Permanent measure for Breakdowns 4.Adaption of systematic problem solving Techniques 5. Establishing Spares monitoring for wear parts 6. Should identify and initiate the preventive measures for all repetitive and major Breakdowns 7. Tooling Management 8. Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance and maintain history record . Should periodically review PM & B/D points, and convert them to CBM, Predictive mode. Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring. 9.Should work on Continuous improvement in maintenance 10. Should maintain 5S and Safety in his work place 11. Work with CFT to address open issues 12. Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing them. 13. Planning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts management Periodical review of Preventive Maintenance activities based on breakdowns 14. Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities 15. Quick Adaption of Change Management. 16. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM. 17. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members. 18. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g. Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization ) 19. Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and containment / correction work on Predictive action. 20. Optimization of resources Electrical power consumption, Pneumatic / Nitrogen / Chilled water / Vacuum etc. 21. Customer Complaint Problem Solving. 23.Collaboration with other manufacturing location 24.Supporting production through System & Point-CIPs. 25. Support Cross functional teams (including support with issues on TA, yield, quality, delivery, cycle time, failure analysis.) 26. Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML Predictive Maintenance, etc. Qualifications 2 to 4 Years of experience in Testing breakdown maintenance worked in Electronic manufacturing industries NTTF or Diploma in E&E/ E&C / Mechatronics Technical Trouble shooting skills and Process Knowledge in Testing equipment\'s like Flash tester, Function tester, ICT etc.. should have knowledge on PLC, Control systems, Electrical Drives.(Analytical skills, problem solving techniques) Additional Information .
