Roles and Responsibilities 1) Drafting/reviewing various documents like Agreement for Sale, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Agreement to Lease, Deed of Assignment, Lease Deed, Leave & Licence Agreements, Escrow Agreements, Power of Attorney. 2) Discussing and deliberating with clients/lender for getting financial closure and finalising relevant documents. 3) Basic knowledge of various IBC/Corporate Laws/Real Estate Laws/FDI/RBI Regulations, redevelopment/development schemes SRA/Tenant/Society/Township, etc. 4) Having sharp commercial acumen and communication skills. 5) Handling Property matters e.g., Title search, Mutation, Registration of Sale deed, Possession procurement etc. Handling litigation ranging from suits for specific performance, declaration, injunction, Complaints Revenue Cases. 6) Participating and managing in arbitration, conciliation, mediation, settlement proceedings and prosecuting the matters before various administrative officers. 7) Follow up with the Police and other government departments for effective prevention and resolution of issues 8) Due diligence and title scrutiny includes going to various offices (Registrar office, Village Administrative office, Taluk office, Land records offices etc) and also approaching various stakeholders (land owners, mediators/brokers etc) to get required documents/information for scrutiny 9) You should take responsibility for ensuring effective and efficient management of the company\'s legal and contractual risks 10) You must be familiar with the court processes, Familiarity and exhibition of confidence in Property laws, Contracts, Registration and Stamps Acts Land Acquisition Acts, and other property and land related acts is essential to be considered, For this reason, candidates with atleast 3 years exposure in Real estate / Property development /construction domain will be preferable 11) Confident personality with high energy and motivation to overcome and tackle any inefficiencies/inactions while dealing with Police, Revenue, Registration and other departments Qualification and Experience: LL.B with excellent academic credentials. Minimum 3-5 years of exposure as an in house lawyer in a reputed corporate or property law firm having enough experience in litigation, public notices, search title report, land deals, structuring transactions, having good drafting skills and ability to independently draft and vet development agreement, leave and license agreement, conveyance, agreement for sale, etc. *This job will require frequent travel for official work - for which travel compensation will be provided at actuals. Having your own vehicle and a valid driving license is essential. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
