Job Description
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications. As a Infra Senior Consultant here at Oracle, you're expected to
- Deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures and create architectural standards.
- Adhere to processes to ensure conformance with standards and institute solution-testing criteria.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Your Key Responsibilities and Skill set should include:
- Maintenance and monitoring the overall On-premise Infra architecture of the product/ platform/ solution to ensure alignment with clients ask.
- Be hands on and engage with Hardware providers, Sub-Cons Infra/ Network, Racking stacking cabling vendors for architecture and design to develop the blueprint for the platform.
- Ability to use Modern architecture principles - synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns and modern architectures microservices, event driven.
- Has ability to design, validate overall architecture container as well as non-container workloads architecture identify potential gaps and provide solution with project team, client team, vendors, subcons to fix any impediments.
- Hands on knowledge of Infra, networking, GLB, Kubernetes/ containers, Hands on experience on tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Oracle VM will be added advantage. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and certifications.
- Exposure of Linux Operating Systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Must have performed in client facing roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
