About the team The Carat B2B Enterprise Products team delivers solutions that enable large and mid-sized B2B sellers to digitize their business payments management. Our leading product, SnapPay, directly integrates with our clients\xe2\x80\x99 ERPs/e-commerce platforms and automates payments and financial workflows that otherwise cost clients significant time and manual effort. What does a successful Infrastructure Management Professional do at FISERV: As one of the team\xe2\x80\x99s Engineering developers, you are responsible for supporting and evolving existing product use cases, as well as developing new use cases the enable product functionality for our clients and partners. What will you do:

• Play a key role our cloud infrastructure management and evolution, as we upgrade capabilities and controls
• Manage infrastructure availability and delivery quality across our application and merchant network, as we introduce automation and move to a 24/7 coverage model
• Partner closely with our Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to develop our roadmap and handle merchant-specific issues
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues as they arise, both with internal teams and with external partners like Microsoft
• Assist in infrastructure compliance efforts, including certifications and requests for information/proposal (RFIs/RFPs)
• Identify and address potential security risks and ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
• Help us integrate our business more closely with the rest of Fiserv.

What experience and skills you need to have:

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud capabilities.
• Good architectural knowledge of relevant server OS, storage, networking, virtual machines, high availability
• Work to define, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure including CI/CD systems and software product deployments.
• Design and implementation of cloud-based systems as required.
• Support infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques in a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Support cloud solution resources that securely run sensitive workloads within a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with Information Security to ensure proper security policies and standards are followed.
• Provide resolution of product or platform issues in a multi-customer environment.
• Operationalize cloud applications and cloud infrastructure with processes and documentation.
• Maintain uptime on all systems while making improvements to system features and usability.
• Stay current on technology trends and opportunities, including compliance, security and risk issues.
• Provide cloud specific training and mentorship to IT team members.
• Provide support to team members.
• Use trouble-ticketing system to manage and track all work efforts
• Participate in an On-Call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of MS SQL database patching, upgrades, and migrations is plus.
