JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsibilities Must be ServiceNow Certification CSA completed Assist with ITSM application projects planning testing and implementation Build and maintain Service Catalogues Users Groups Roles Security Groups and Teams administration
- Global Reports creation and administration
- Responsible for technical administration of all ITSM modules currently in use Create and maintain client scripts and business rules JavaScript
- Troubleshoot and resolve any potential ITSM application issues Adhere to ServiceNow best practices update sets table relationships alterations etc
- Adhere to Change Management principles to ensure the stability of UAT and production environments Develop clear and concise technical process documentation

SECONDARY SKILLS
- 3 years of on the job experience with managing a CMDB preferably in ServiceNow Familiarity with IT service management ITSM toolsets preferably ServiceNow
- Experience in ITIL Service Asset Configuration Management Practical experience in ITIL service management functions and processes
- Experience in CMDB Service Mapping and Taxonomy
