• Lead the execution (establishment, orchestrator, knowledge arrangement, guidelines, and permit the board) of the RPA framework utilizing UiPath & BluePrism (on-prem/Cloud) 4 + Years
• BluePrism L3 Infrastructure Support, Installation, Configuration, Environment Setup in Internal & External level. 1.5 + years
• UiPath Version Upgrade & BluePrism Production issue handling. 1 + Years
• Worked on On-Prem / Cloud Environment RPA Tools. 4 + Years
• Make and keep up with Infra related (Documents, Incidents, and so forth) and ideal update fix of the framework.
• Establish a mechanism to continuously monitor and improve the health of the RPA environment to provide a stable environment.
• Migration UiPath Orchestrator - On prem / Cloud (Azure / AWS).

Primary Skills

• UiPath License & BluePrism License understanding concept.
• IIS Configuration, SSL Configuration, Basic troubleshooting on Application related issue in Windows server. 2 + years
• MYSQL & DB related basic activities and query to perform to check the DB details & Tables to identify the DB related issue.
• ELK Troubleshooting & implementation. Kibana Monitoring and create a Dashboard for respective application based. 2 + Years
• Oversee occurrences and work with goal inside characterized SLAs.
• Maintain the Tracker on issue and create a Documentation to use a solution document.
• Investigate issues that might show up by posing testing inquiries.

Secondary Skills

• Observe guideline methodology for legitimate acceleration of irritating issues to the suitable inward groups.
• Connect with Development team to understand the Infra requirement to establish the same in the respective Infra to provision the servers and install the components.
• Participate in Agile planning, provide advice and guidance, monitoring emerging trends, and conduct ongoing research and analysis.
• Work with Operation group to check and maintained the smooth activity execution.
• Report related issues to keep a stage support Knowledge Base.
• Work intimately with the item group to recommend upgrades of centre functionalities and adding outer innovations to the UiPath biological system.
