Windows, Mac, Linux OS installations and troubleshooting. 3. Security tools installations and troubleshooting. 4. Remote support skills. 5. Internal secuirty audits knowledge/exp. 6. Basic level network support. 7. Hardware level troubleshooting and support. 8. UC/VOIP/Webinar support and troubleshooting skills. Roles & Responsibilities- 1.
