Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East) Salary: 18-25k CTC Roles & Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) for niche requirements Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Schedule Interviews and coordinating with clients Advertise job openings on company\'s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. Requirement: Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter an IT Recruitment field Experience with sourcing techniques Solid verbal and written communication skills
