About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in configuring and setting up computer systems for new employees
2. Perform computer installations and updates as per requirements
3. Troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure proper system functioning
4. Assist in setting up and maintaining the network infrastructure
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure network connectivity and smooth operations
6. Provide timely resolutions for network-related issues
7. Support the creation and maintenance of backups for critical systems and data
8. Help manage and track information technology assets, including hardware and software inventory
9. Maintain accurate records of asset details and coordinate asset allocation and retrieval
10. Assist in software installation and license management
11. Provide basic troubleshooting support for software-related issues to end-users
12. Collaborate with the information technology team for complex software problem escalations
13. Support the maintenance of LAN and WAN infrastructure
14. Assist in basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and configuration issues
15. Collaborate with the information technology team to ensure network security and data protection

Requirements:

1. Pursuing bachelor\'s in computer science, information technology
2. Basic understanding of computer systems
3. Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to the information technology operations of an e-business
