The Head - IT will be responsible for driving the technology strategy, digital transformation, and IT
infrastructure for Haldiram's QSR business. The role involves implementing scalable IT solutions, ensuring
system uptime, cybersecurity, POS integration, and supporting business growth through digital initiatives across
outlets, kitchens, and back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy & Planning
? Develop and execute IT roadmap aligned with QSR business objectives.
? Drive digital transformation initiatives including POS, ERP, CRM, and mobile app integrations.
? Evaluate and implement new technologies for enhancing customer experience and operational
efficiency.
2. IT Infrastructure & Operations
? Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud solutions, POS systems, and kitchen
automation tools.
? Ensure 24/7 system uptime and data security across all QSR outlets and kitchens.
? Standardize IT policies, SOPs, and disaster recovery protocols.
3. Application & Data Management
? Manage POS and billing systems across outlets ensuring smooth transactions.
? Implement data analytics tools for sales insights, customer behavior, and inventory optimization.
? Integrate IT systems with finance, supply chain, and HR for seamless operations.
4. Cybersecurity & Compliance
? Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with IT regulations.
? Regular audits to safeguard sensitive business and customer data.
5. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
? Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members across locations.
? Manage IT vendors, service providers, and ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
? Negotiate contracts with hardware/software vendors and monitor SLAs.
6. Business Partnership
? Collaborate with operations, HR, supply chain, and finance to provide technology-enabled
business solutions.
? Support expansion projects with IT infrastructure and digital enablement.
