Currently we have 3 distinctive workshops spread across 20,000 sqft. area, with expertise in woodwork, metal work and upholstery. We have done over 100+ projects pan India. We continue to strive to push our periphery of imagination, design and material exploration. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Assistant located in Surat. The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, printer support, troubleshooting of software and hardware issues, IT wiring within the organization as well as additional IT duties as needed. As an IT Assistant, your tasks will include responding to help desk requests, providing timely resolutions to issues, maintaining hardware and software inventory, and ensuring network security and backup measures are in place and up-to-date. Qualifications Technical Support and Information Technology skills Printer Support skills Troubleshooting skills Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with network security and backup measures, scripting languages, knowledge of database management, and familiarity with cloud-based technologies.
