Position Summary
As a member of Information Technology’s Collaboration Services Team under Global Operations Center, you will be responsible for running the day to day operations and maintenance of Adobe's Collaboration Platforms globally. This includes providing operational support for the entire stack of collaboration tools like Office365, SharePoint, Wiki, etc.
You will need the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should possess excellent trouble shooting and problem management skills as well as adapt to new technologies and processes. You will also need to recognize and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams. You will act as an advocate for the customer.
