Position Summary
As a member of Information Technology’s Collaboration Services Team under Global Operations Center, you will be responsible for running the day to day operations and maintenance of Adobe's Collaboration Platforms globally. This includes providing operational support for the entire stack of collaboration tools like Office365, SharePoint, Wiki, etc.
You will need the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should possess excellent trouble shooting and problem management skills as well as adapt to new technologies and processes. You will also need to recognize and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams. You will act as an advocate for the customer.
Responsibilities

  • Proven Experience and capability in leading technical team/s in solution design & operational (SLA, CSAT, Incident Management, Problem Management) management for Messaging & Collaboration services

  • Must demonstrate high levels of initiative and independence

  • Ability in providing technical advice to team members, management and clients

  • Directing and Co-ordinating the completion of complex technical issue and projects

  • Responsible for the Quality of service delivered

  • Ability in coaching and mentoring junior staff

  • Produce and maintain systems and architecture/technical documentation

  • Identify and document technical training requirement for the team

  • Build relationship with stakeholders across IT teams and external Vendors

  • Expand skills/knowledge to other technical areas apart from your core expertise

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Significant experience required in deploying, configuring and administering the following technologies at an enterprise scale: -

  • Email - Microsoft Exchange Hybrid - on premise and in the cloud (Office 365 – Outlook, Calendaring, Connectors, ActiveSync, Mailflow troubleshooting)

  • SharePoint Online Administration (SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Workflow etc.)

  • Email gateways and spam filtering (EOP)

  • Programming Languages – PowerShell

  • Enterprise Mobile Management solution i.e. AirWatch

  • Postfix/SendMail Administration (Good to have)

  • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to distill and organize content into compelling presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels, across organizational structures.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects from creation to execution, working collaboratively with a wide range of team members

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Must have ability to troubleshoot problems and follow through to resolution.

  • Should be able to work across teams and resolve technical issues
