Key position details

This role will focus on providing technical support for the Global Payment IAM systems and will be responsible for overall maintenance and configuration standards of the tools

This role will ensure the implementation of MFA on existing software platforms across multiple businesses under the Global Payments umbrella.

Will assist MFA operational support with the onboarding of new applications into Azure B2C, Entra ID and Okta.

Will work to ensure optimisation of the Azure B2C operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Will create and maintain Azure B2C process and troubleshooting documentation.

Will be leading the team in technology implementations ad train peers as needed

Report back to the leadership on project updates, Key milestones and strategic initiatives

Key Requirements for the role

SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2, Hands on (limited) experience with any of IAM solutions such as Ping, IBM FIM, ADFS, OKTA, Azure IAM platforms

Experience with Azure AD, Azure B2C, and Azure SSO

Experience with custom policies in Azure B2C and working with XML

Experience with user account provisioning using integrated HR systems and MS Active Directory.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information security, or information systems 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain

Experience in implementing Identity & Access Management or a similar role within the Identity & Access management work environment is desired
