KBR is looking for Information Management Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Information Management Specialist to join our Digitalization Team. As an Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing project-related information, documents, and data. Your expertise in information management, specifically with SharePoint and other relevant tools, will play a crucial role in supporting our digitalization initiatives and ensuring efficient and effective information workflows. Roles and responsibilities: Develop and implement document control processes and systems to effectively manage project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure document version control, access rights, and proper filing and retrieval procedures. Use SharePoint and other relevant tools to streamline document control processes. Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and revisions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate document submissions and deliverables. Leverage SharePoint and other tools to streamline document lifecycle management processes. Evaluate, implement, and manage information management systems, including SharePoint and other relevant tools, to support project requirements. Administer and configure these systems, ensuring smooth operation and user access management. Provide training and support to end-users on system usage. Collaborate with data teams to establish data management processes and practices. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the project lifecycle. Implement data classification, categorization, and storage methodologies using appropriate tools and systems. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the information management domain. Leverage SharePoint and other tools to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance information management practices. Qualifications and skillset required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in information management, preferably in the EPC industry. Strong understanding of EPC industry processes, workflows, and information management requirements. Proficiency in SharePoint and other relevant document management tools. Knowledge of information governance principles, standards, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with data management principles and practices. Proficiency in using collaboration tools and platforms.
