Responsibilities: Investigating the requirements of the customers/Management for the content and structure of information deliverables Understanding the underlying content structure of the information types that authors must produce and developing standards based on these structures Crafting structures that promote finding and reusing content in multiple contexts, including metadata schemes to label content appropriately for delivery to customers. Be an advocate for standard processes/methods of content reuse. Crafting an authoring environment that accommodates both the preferences of authors and the needs of the business for compliance with standards Building stylesheets that apply appropriate formatting to content for each type of deliverable Promote the use of best policies and standards, as a member of the Governance Council Qualifications: Masters\' degree in Engineering/Technical background, with exposure to information science/data classification. 15 years of experience as Tech Writer/Lead, of which at least 3-4 years proven experience as Information Architect, Content Strategist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of DITA XML standards. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Dedication to high quality documentation. Experience with information system design and data analysis. Understanding of business domain, data/content, and process, as well as understanding of common information architecture frameworks, information models, and taxonomies.
