Role Focus: Financial Master and Transactional Data Extraction for Workday Financial Management
Role Summary
This role supports data extraction from Infor CloudSuite FSM for conversion into Workday Financial Management. The consultant must understand financial business processes, Infor FSM configuration, and underlying data structures, with the technical capability to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data.
Key Responsibilities

• Understand current state financial processes and configurations in Infor CloudSuite FSM.
• Collaborate with Workday Financials leads to understand target data requirements and conversion strategy.
• Identify FSM tables, views, and data relationships for data domains including:

• Chart of accounts, ledgers, and organizations
• Suppliers, customers, and banking data
• Open transactions, balances, and historical data (as in scope)
• Develop SQL queries or extraction scripts to retrieve financial data from FSM databases or APIs.
• Support financial data profiling, cleansing, and balancing activities.
• Perform reconciliations between Infor FSM source data and Workday conversion results.
• Support multiple mock conversions and production cutover.
• Maintain detailed documentation of extraction logic, mappings, and reconciliation results.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite FSM.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts and enterprise financial processes.
• Experience working with FSM data models, tables, and views.
• Advanced SQL and data extraction skills.
• Prior experience supporting ERP financial data conversions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Financial Management data conversion experience.
• Experience converting large volumes of financial data.
• Familiarity with Workday Financial load tools and sequencing.
