Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for deliverables linked to new business requirements/enhancements/modifications by apt use of business analysis skills
• Act as liaison between the business team and the technical team
• Understand business requirements and suggest/consult using industry best practices
• Track and maintain all Business Analysis deliverables
• Engage and uncover the exact business expectation and explain the same to relevant teams involved in delivery from application point
• Good hands-on experience in Requirement Gathering and Elicitation with correct stakeholder identification

• Knowledge of Telecom BSS systems with a flavor of OSS components
• Application of industry standards and best practices in day-to-day work for achieving quality deliverables
• Able to work in complex, multi partner, iSV environment
• Able to excel in deliverables against ever evolving requirements and business priorities
