We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CORPORATE / OEM Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Signatize Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. As the CORPORATE / OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (CORPORATE / OEM SALES) in the mobile industry. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
CORPORATE / OEM SALES Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential CORPORATE / OEM partners.
Act as the main point of contact for CORPORATE / OEM SALES s, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver on customer expectations.
2.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the product development team to align product offerings with Corporate / OEM partner requirements.
3.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead contract negotiations with CORPORATE / OEM partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
4.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential CORPORATE / OEM partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the mobile industry.
5.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends for management review.
6.
Training and Development:
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of CORPORATE / OEM business dynamics.
Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven 10+ Yrs. experience in Corporate / OEM Sales within the mobile manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of mobile technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
