We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, convert leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, understanding client needs, and closing sales over the phone or online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or chat to explain products or services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through follow-ups, referrals, and cold calls.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Follow up with prospects until the sales cycle is complete.
Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for lead nurturing and closures.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support as required.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and confident in handling sales conversations
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, Business)
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer handling roles
