Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client sites or online.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations when proposing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, service, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and brand awareness.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support efficiently.
