Job Description

The India Labels & Packaging (L&P) Marketing Lead will drive various initiatives to create consideration and preference for HP Indigo digital presses/solutions amongst label and flexible packaging converters and the brands that they serve. Working closely with the India business teams, the L&P Marketing Lead will identify opportunities to grow Indigo penetration in the labels & packaging segment by driving new customer acquisition and protecting long-term value by driving interest for digital solutions amongst local and global packaged goods brands. They will represent ‘the voice of the customer’, at the same time be a custodian for the HP Indigo brand – ensuring that every interaction our customers and prospect have with HP Indigo are great experiences, no matter what the touchpoint (physical or digital). Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and measure performance of quarterly marketing programs
• Plan and execute awareness building, lead generating, funnel advancement and conversion activities across relevant channels
• Adapt and deploy regional or global content and/or campaign assets as appropriate to the local market
• Develop local content when and where needed, e.g. customer and brand stories
• Monitor performance of marketing activities in relation to key metrics (marketing-generated / influenced leads, opportunities, and wins), recommend and activate corrective actions to optimize performance when needed
• Manage assigned agencies as needed
• Manage program budgets as assigned

Education and Experience Required:

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B or Enterprise Marketing

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong organization and program/project management skills
• Solid writing and editing skills – first level reviewing of creative and content required
• Working knowledge of digital and social media platforms
• Ability to thread together objectives-activities-results and articulate learnings
