Assist in restaurant setup, table arrangements, and mise-en-place
Welcome guests and support service staff during busy operations
Help in taking orders, serving food & beverages under supervision
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in service areas
Support buffet setup and replenishment
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth workflow
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards
Learn hotel SOPs, service styles, and guest-handling techniques
Participate in training sessions and evaluations
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related course
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional grooming and punctuality
Ability to work in rotational shifts during training period
