Job Description
Designation: Industrial Engineer
Salary: upto 6LPARoles and Responsibilities.- Will be responsible for monitoring the productivity and efficiency for the MTM shirts and Knits production set up for 80 machines target 500 pcs/day (cutting, stitching & finishing team).- Will be responsible for training new operators for different operations in shirts and knits production lines.- Need to train the operators on specialized machines like ETON, Mica machines for collar, cuff and sleeve placket making machines.- Need to coordinate with the contractor for the daily absenteeism and replacements ensuring the productivity and efficiency is maintained.- Need to coordinate with the maintenance team for carrying out regular and break down maintenance to ensure 0 downtime on machines.Experience required- Should have handled more than 100 machines set up for shirts and knits as IE with experience more than 3 years and have a proven record for productivity and efficiency improvement.- Should have handled the ETON material handling system for any product.- Any engineering Degree but experience in Garment factory is a must.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthJadwal:
