Department: Factory Automation

Experience: 6 yrs

Degree: BTech Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Factory design considering the branding guidelines and Local regulations.
• Capacity and Manpower calculation workouts
• Defining the Processes using Process Flow drawings.
• Preparing Standard Operating Procedures
• Preparing Value Stream Understanding the Factory Requirements before initiating the design
• Setting up goals for designing Factory.
• Factory Layout Preparation considering the Business targets.
• Conceptual Layout defining all critical IE parameters (Time and Motion Study, Man & Material Movement, KANBAN, effective space utilization, Storage & Logistics plan etc.,).
• CFT Formation to validate the workouts.
• Mapping
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve the efficiency of each production process.
• Evaluate employees\xe2\x80\x99 tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
• Prepare Operational Analysis workouts.
• Must be involved in Digital Transformation.
• Teach your buddy (Industrial Engineering Concepts.,)
