Educational Qualification B.E. / B. Tech (Industrial / Mechanical / Production/ Automotive)

Technical Skills -

DES (Discrete event simulation) based model building using AnyLogic- 2D & 3D Material Flow Simulation- Expert in performing analysis like Bottleneck, What-If, Sensitivity, work flow, Utilization, constraints etc.-

In-depth understanding of key operational concepts: Inventory, Supply chain management & Manufacturing Processes

- Deep knowledge of aerospace & automotiv e manufacturing processes

- Experience in aerospace production system will be an added advantage

- Knowledge to develop flexible or integrated manufacturing system and procedure

- Good Knowledge of TOC and Lean Concept Knowledge of Time Study, MTM, MOST study

- Knowledge of Industry ILO Standard- Exposure to Ergonomics and Safety Standards Knowledge of Industrial facilities and process assess ment

- Design and Conduct work content estimation

Tool Skills: - AnyLogic - Simulation Modelling Software

(Must to have Skills)- Excel, Access, MS Office - MOST / MODAPTS

- Time study software - MS Project (Added advantage)- AutoCAD (Added advantage)- Plant Simulation & 3Dx (Added advantage)Special Requirements: - Expert in process improvement & new product introduction projects.- Expe rience in understanding the process and interdependencies of operations- Possess the ability to solve problems and take a decision quickly- Able to co-ordinate with multiple teams located at multiple locations- Ability to work with & work as onsite coordinator. - Ability to drive the project Soft Skills - Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English - Team Player- Effective in terpersonal skills - Have a good sense of responsibility and organizational skillsExperience: Min 8 Max 12Relevant Experience (Mi n) 4 Years - DES model building, Analysis process & Average out MTTR, MTBF from raw data - Create 2D & 3D simulatio n model - Create KPIs (Example- Logistic resources, capacity utilization & throughput validation)- Analyze what if scenarios & val idate trade-offs between them.- Analyse and comment on improvement in everyday assignments including: Line Balancing, PFEP, Value S tream Maps, Engineering Studies, and Resource Requirement Sheets- Monitor, compile, and report Key Performance Initiative(s) (KPI) - Carryout Work content estimation and Work Simplification initiatives- Leads analysis, development and implementation of new opera tions processes and technology as part of Continuous Improvement Program- Works with Project team and site management team regardin g operational performance and reports findings/recommendations to CFT team- Provide support as necessary for STD Work, 5s, TPM, JIT , JIDOKA and Mistake Proofing- Carryout time study and line balancing for work estimation sheet- Process improvement opportunity t o reduce throughput time - Innovate, implement, and manage cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvement ideas of mode rate scope- Improves production flow and presentationJob Responsibility - Project Implementation Strategy & Project Tracking- Sup ervise Project Progress, Review Delivery Plan & Resource Scheduling- Coordination with Customer, Onsite & Offshore project Team.- Internal reviews & customer reviews- Schedule adherence & quality of deliverableaa,a,,s- Issue & Task management- Overall Discrete eve nt simulation activities & Deliverables- Timely Closure of Issues and reporting
