What you will be doing

  • Programming, Configuration and troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD and Instruments from different OEMs such as SIEMENS, Schneider Electric, ABB, Phoenix Contact, FUJI Electric etc.
  • Handling Industrial Communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet IP, PROFINET, OPC-UA, MQTT, IEC61850, DNP3 etc.
  • Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance/Modification of Control, Automation and IIoT Solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans and troubleshooting guides for new or established automated equipment/processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to good manufacturing and good documentation practices
  • Work closely with operational support team to resolve issues and provide technical support in lean manufacturing solutions.
  • Conceptualization & implementation of predictive maintenance solutions



Who we are looking for
Technical Skill Requirement:
  • Manufacturing Automation Engineer with automotive work experience
  • Good Knowledge in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD etc.
  • Understanding and functional knowledge of PLC\xe2\x80\x99s, low voltage controls, three phase power distribution, vision systems. Electronic sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotics
  • Machine specification and purchase order writing
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Tool and fixture design and GD&T
  • Lean manufacturing practices ( Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Design and application knowledge of ergonomic and machine safety standards
  • Autocad/Solidworks/MS Office suite
