The Business Services team builds business services capabilities across Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Enterprise Item Content, and Private Brands. The Finance and Accounting team manages Transaction Accounting, Customer and Inventory Accounting, Margin and Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Finance support, Tax and Enterprise Strategic Sourcing for the U.S. and Canada business. The Product Management team builds and manages tech products and solutions for our stores and online channels. And Lastly, our Shared Services team empowers other groups to do their job well. Role & Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to ensure Lowe’s India associates have the relevant, timely and accurate information, that helps them do their jobs effectively and feel a sense of pride and belongingness to the organization.
This role serves as a communications subject matter expert and consultant working with the leadership team and as a business partner and project manager for cross-functional corporate projects and initiatives.

This includes developing communications strategies and managing and executing complex strategic communication plans and tactics for multiple projects, simultaneously. This role ensures alignment of communications across business areas and initiatives, and to the company’s strategy and key messaging focus areas.


  • Develop and drive a communications framework that engages and inspires Lowe’s India associates around the organization strategic priorities, mission and core behaviors.
  • Create and drive a channel strategy for driving the desired messaging framework and our Associate Value Proposition in order to ensure associates are informed, engaged and inspired
  • Implement a project/program management approach to drive seamless execution of initiatives
  • Create a data driven mindset in the team to define and manage success measurements for all communications related materials.
  • Partners with leaders and other stakeholders, serving as a communications subject matter expert, and providing data and feedback-driven strategic/tactical insights to maximize communication effectiveness.
  • Initiates and leads efforts to continuously improve communications messaging, processes and channels to meet audiences’ evolving needs.
  • Partner with external communications, social media and CSR teams to develop strong internal communications components of major external announcements, as well as drive external visibility for key internal initiatives
  • Participates in management activities and regularly meets with assigned stakeholders to advise on decisions, deliver recommendations, update/share results, and/or obtain approvals for communications activities and initiatives.
  • Mentors, directs and influences team members
  • Successfully manages the execution all assigned projects within specified budgets, timelines, and allocated resources.
  • Stay abreast of best practices within communications
