Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan and execute premium Indian menus, including regional specialties and chef's specials.
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency, high standards, and attention to detail.
Innovate and modernize traditional recipes while maintaining authenticity.
Oversee food plating and presentation to fine-dining standards.
Maintain strict hygiene and HACCP compliance.
Control food costs, wastage, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Train and guide junior chefs in advanced cooking techniques and presentation.
Handle VIP events, private dining, and special culinary requests.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in reputed hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
Mastery in Indian cuisine (North, South, and regional dishes).
Culinary degree/diploma preferred.
Strong creativity and menu development skills.
Excellent leadership, time management, and guest orientation.
