Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation remain consistent at all times.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
Follow portion control and minimize food wastage.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients, spices, and cooked items.
Adhere to all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Assist in training junior commis and helpers when required.
