Job Description

Food Preparation & Menu:

Prepare authentic Indian dishes, develop new recipes, ensure consistency in taste and presentation, and create seasonal specials.

Kitchen Operations:

Oversee daily kitchen activities, manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Staff Management:

Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety, and standards.

Quality & Safety:

Adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP/local standards).

Collaboration:

Work with management and other sections for smooth service, special events, and promotions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,100.00 per month
