Follow standard recipes and portion controls
Ensure mise-en-place is prepared as per daily requirements
Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils
Follow food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and safety standards
Assist senior chefs during service and banquet operations
Reduce wastage and handle raw materials properly
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Indian kitchen (hotel or restaurant)
Basic knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
