Prepare a wide range of Indian dishes such as curries, biryanis, rotis, tandoor items, gravies, and regional specialties.
Ensure all food is cooked as per standard recipes and guest preferences.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
Operate tandoor safely and efficiently.
Prepare tandoor breads (naan, roti, kulcha) and kebabs.
Ability to prepare authentic South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, sambar, chutney, etc.
Knowledge of spice blends, marination, and Indian cooking techniques.
Ensure timely food preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations during peak hours.
Assist Sous Chef/Executive Chef in daily production planning.
