Prepare and present high-quality Continental dishes as per restaurant standards
Plan menus and daily specials with consistent taste and portion control
Ensure proper food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and minimize food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations during service
Ensure timely service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before service
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Follow SOPs and comply with FSSAI and restaurant policies
