Prepare and present authentic Indian cuisine with a focus on taste, quality, and presentation.
Design and update Indian food menus in line with guest preferences and seasonal availability.
Ensure consistent food preparation and standards across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines and resort protocols.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor food stock levels and assist in procurement of Indian ingredients.
Collaborate with the F&B team to support themed nights, live counters, and special events.
Control portion sizes, minimize waste, and manage kitchen costs efficiently.
