Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes with consistency and high quality.
Plan and execute menu items including grills, pastas, sauces, soups, salads, and appetizers.
Ensure proper seasoning, cooking techniques, and portion control for all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
Manage mise-en-place and ensure readiness of ingredients before service.
Monitor food storage, labeling, and stock rotation to maintain freshness.
Collaborate with the Head Chef/Sous Chef to develop new continental dishes.
Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Maintain quality and presentation standards as per restaurant guidelines.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
