Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present Indian dishes to the restaurant's quality standards. Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliance). Ensure proper mise en place and stock rotation. Collaborate with the team to develop and improve menu items.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a fine-dining or luxury restaurant. Strong knowledge of North and/or South Indian cuisine. Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,001.00 - ₹22,001.00 per month
