Job Description


1. You will be handling HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Local Admin. Provide all HR administrative support to new joinees as well as existing employees at the regions

2. Create an environment of trust and satisfactorily & speedily resolve any issues in the region

3. Handle HR Operations for the region

4. Handle exit formalities and conduct an exit interview

5. Manage and monitor the attendance recording system

6. End-to-end recruitment including bulk hiring

7. Manpower planning in coordination with the operations team

8. Coordinate with the manpower vendors for the recruitment

9. Explore different avenues of sourcing manpower for associates

10. Implementing a performance management system based on existing policies

11. Succession planning

12. Monitoring Business Performance: closely work on monitoring and improving finance-linked business KPIs

13. Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, collection, Churn, and Upsell Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes

14. Prepare periodic reports by closely working with the business to understand performance, issues, and trends covering the financial statements - including variance analysis, RCA, etc

15. Help define the key Financial and operational metrics and track the financial health of existing Business Units

16. Stakeholder management: Manage stakeholders across all BUs and functions, to align on Projections, expectations, and key deliverables, and work closely in the preparation of the Quarterly, Business Reports and Annual Operating Plans

17. Strategic planning: Lead strategic planning and budgeting processes. Assist by recommending the business. Actions based on financial planning and analysis, along with performance and efficiency improvement measures

18. Business Planning/Budgeting and cost control: Understand the upcoming business objectives

19. Create weekly/monthly/quarterly financial projections for the same

20. Ensuring that these are adhered to by all business teams. Lead and execute process improvement initiatives across the organization
