As a Senior Business Analyst, you\'ll support the Product Owner through the complete product life-cycle for your designated areas of work from product definition and planning through to production, release & upgrade. What you\'ll do: Develop user stories including acceptance criteria & lo-fi wireframes and any other detailed requirements and refine them in a backlog by evaluating their potential and practicality, customer needs & in line with the strategies set by the company. Engage with a variety of different people from numerous areas of the business such as Development Team, Development Operations, Production Support, Product Management, Sales Organization & Client Service organization. Articulate your product strategy and explain the decisions taken by the entire team (including developers, architects and testers) to multiple internal and external stakeholders from UAT. Partner with your product owner and together manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), and working day-to-day with the product SCRUM. Forge a close relationship with the product owner, and together act as sounding boards for ideas, approaches, how to overcome challenges within your workload & work items themselves. Think broadly and pro-actively about product analysis, design & development techniques of the team helping to encourage at all times multinational requirements. Qualifications you\'ll need: Education: Bachelor\'s degree (Mandatory) preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology Experience: At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to technical solution development, testing and solution implementation. Domain knowledge of HR & Payroll practices (the entire breadth of HCM or Payroll functions) and exposure to some global/multi country implementations of HR & Payroll . Experience in delivering a product in a market-facing software and enterprise solution within the services sector. Excellent communicator in English both written and verbal. Any technical experience - either architectural or programming (C+, javascript, .net framework) will be viewed favorably. Bonus points if you have these: Other language skills such as German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or French will be seen very favorably.
